Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Shop Bot Builder, including our website, dashboard, and any Telegram bot created through the platform. By registering an account or using any bot built on this platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who can use this platform
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to register an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.
2. What you can sell or run
The storefront bot feature is intended for sellers of digital products, subscriptions, and services that they have the legal right to sell. You may not use the platform to sell or distribute:
- Pirated, cracked, or unlicensed software, media, or activation keys
- Stolen accounts, stolen payment credentials, or fraudulently obtained goods
- Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
- Illegal goods or services under the laws applicable to you or your customers
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any bot or account found to be in violation of this section, without a refund of unused plan time.
3. Plans and billing
Plans are prepaid and grant a bot slot for the number of days listed at time of purchase. When a plan expires, the associated bot is switched off but its data (products, orders, balances) is preserved so it can be reactivated on renewal. We do not offer refunds for partially used plan periods except where required by law.
4. UPI deposits and balances
Customer balances credited through UPI deposits are intended solely for use within the storefront bot they were deposited into. We are not a bank or licensed payment institution, and balances held in a bot are not insured deposits.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the platform to send unsolicited bulk messages (spam), harass Telegram users, attempt to circumvent rate limits or security controls, or interfere with the operation of the platform for other users.
6. Service availability
We aim to keep the platform and hosted bots available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (including Telegram's own infrastructure), or events outside our control may cause temporary downtime.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, engages in fraud, or poses a security risk to the platform or its users. You may stop using the platform at any time by discontinuing use and, if you wish, requesting account deletion per our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any bot built on it.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
